On 29 November the Director-General, Webber Ndoro met with Ola Wetterberg, Director of the Centre for Critical Heritage Studies, Department of Conservation at the University of Gothenburg and member of the ICCROM Council. بعد نجاح المؤتمر الافتتاحي للقوة الناعمة العام الذي انعقد في العام الماضي، عُقدت النسخة الثانية منه في الثلاثين والواحد والثلاثين من شهر آب/ أغسطس من العام الحالي 2021 ، مع مديرنا العام الدكتور ويبر ندورو، عضو نادي القوة الناعمة، الذي مثّـل منظمة إيكروم في الحدث الذي أقيم في مدينة البندقية في إيطاليا.
