Sustainability aspiration
The Museo de Isarog aspires to be an agent of change through which people can be inspired to help towards culture and nature preservation. We aim to do that by conducting programs and activities that provide a meaningful impact on the communities, especially on the youth, by providing platforms for a conversation on cultural and environmental preservation and conservation.
A mobile exhibit and a documentary screening were organized using the Ethnobotanical Herbarium Collection of the Museo de Isarog. All the herbarium specimens used during the exhibition are fit for the purpose since these plants are utilized in healing practices by faith healers or by the locals in the community. The mobile exhibit and documentary screening took place in the community around the Partido area, where the museum is physically located.
