On 3 June, students from Sorbonne’s Conservation préventive du patrimoine course visited ICCROM with their professor, Claire Betelu. They were welcomed by Valérie Magar, our Programmes Unit Manager and herself a Sorbonne alumna, Gaël de Guichen, Special Advisor to the Director-General, Cécile Gallon, Librarian, María Mata Caravaca, Manager of ICCROM Records and Archives and Isabelle Verger, Strategic Planning Assistant. The students attended a presentation on ICCROM’s activities and toured the library and archives. It was a pleasure to see these young people’s enthusiasm for protecting cultural heritage.
We look forward to seeing you at one of our training sessions!
