It is with a heavy heart that we commemorate the passing of United Arab Emirates President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed al-Nahyan, who died on 13 May 2022. With the most profound sorrow, we received the untimely news of the passing away of a good collaborators with ICCROM: the Iraqi archaeologist, Dr Abdulameer al-Hamdani and Prof Amir Pašić. Both scholars were dedicated researchers, men of action, fearless of challenges, and wise teachers in our field.
On 21 March, the ICCROM Regional Office in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, received a delegation from the Republic of Korea. Led by H.E.
