This year's third edition of our People Nature Culture (PNC) course brought together 22 World Heritage site managers and practitioners from 19 countries. This international flagship foundational course of the ICCROM-IUCN World Heritage Leadership (WHL) programme has become a hallmark event of learning and exchange between natural and cultural World Heritage places.

In 2018, UNESCO, INSARAG-International Search and Rescue Advisory Group, ICCROM and ICOMOS-ICORP Türkiye began a formal collaboration with the aim to enhance interagency cooperation and coordination for heritage safeguarding during urban search and rescue (USAR) and also as part of the ‘flexible response’ given by USAR teams upon request of the authorities of the host country.
On 26 June 2023, ICCROM held its first Asia-Pacific Regional Information Meeting for our Member States, partners and those interested in our work in the region. The event provided an overview of ICCROM’s programmes and activities while facilitating discussions on regional challenges and opportunities for collaboration.
On 22 June 2023, the Cultural Heritage Sector of the Emilia-Romagna Region organized a study day on the evolution of RE-ORG projects in the context of the valorization and reorganization of museum storage spaces, RE-ORG Open Doors.
