ICCROM headquarters was a full house in April, May and June – we have been happy hosts of fellows, interns and volunteers from across the globe.
We invited the first volunteers to the library since before the pandemic. We are thankful that Harikrishnan Anandakrishnan (India) and Tifaine Blandy (France) have joined to help ensure the library's continued success in serving the global heritage conservation community.
We welcomed a post-pandemic record number of fellows. Four researchers started a period of study at ICCROM this quarter: Nivaldo Vieira De Andrade Jr (Brazil), Yigit Zafer Helvaci (Türkiye), Andrew Johnston (USA) and Mesut Dinler (Türkiye) have been carrying out their research in person and online.
We were happy to have eight young professionals as ICCROM interns in the second quarter of 2023.
