RE-ORG Projects and Activities
RE-ORG training activities are generally organized as two-week workshops or long-term national or regional programmes, which include independent work by participants accompanied by distance mentoring and coaching.
All training activities include a practical component where participants work together on reorganizing a real storage area. This activity allows them to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to implement a project in their own museum.
To help you decide whether your institution needs to embark on a RE-ORG project, ICCROM has developed a
self-assessment tool.
Guidelines are also available to guide you and your institution in becoming a partner of ICCROM and carry out a RE-ORG project.
