At the end of 2023, in addition to the fellows and interns who continued their assignments, we welcomed to ICCROM headquarters a new intern, Ms Euiyeon Lee from the Republic of Korea, who joined the World Heritage Leadership (WHL) programme.
Euiyeon is currently pursuing a master’s degree in international cultural heritage studies at the Korea National University of Cultural Heritage. At ICCROM, her mission involves facilitating World Heritage Leadership initiatives, including the first Training of Trainers Workshop on World Heritage Management: People-Nature-Culture in Penang, Malaysia, and preparations for the upcoming release of the Managing World Heritage manual, WHL website data migration and the update of the course participants list.
