This study is part of a research project at the Rome Business School for the International Masters in Art and Culture Management to gather insights from professionals about the practices, challenges, and innovations in cultural heritage management, particularly focusing on cultural diversity, emotional resilience and the use of immersive technologies in the context of cultural heritage management. All responses will maintain anonymity.
