La charla se enfoca en enseñanza/difusión de la técnica de restauración de pintura suturas hilo a hilo (thread by thread tear mending)
Esta intervención, tiene por objeto reparar desgarros en el lienzo, volviendo a tejer y uniendo individualmente los hilos de la tela. Se caracteriza por ser una mínima intervención que preserva tanto el aspecto histórico como el estético de las pinturas, a la vez que recupera la resistencia mecánica del soporte.
