On 3 March 2022, ICCROM had the honour of welcoming Ambassador Cindy McCain, U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Agencies in Rome, who presented her credentials to Director-General, Webber Ndoro.

On 29 November the Director-General, Webber Ndoro met with Ola Wetterberg, Director of the Centre for Critical Heritage Studies, Department of Conservation at the University of Gothenburg and member of the ICCROM Council.
