The programme motto – Culture Cannot Wait – is grounded in the belief that we can build peaceful and disaster-resilient communities by integrating heritage into disaster risk reduction (DRR), humanitarian aid, peacebuilding and climate action. Today, the FAR network of over 2 000 cultural first aiders spans more than 100 countries.
