On 14 April, Professor Jeffrey M. Chusid from Cornell University's (USA) Department of City and Regional Planning brought his group of eight Master's students to visit ICCROM headquarters in Rome. The students, who are spending this spring semester in Rome, study architecture, conservation and planning.
The group heard a presentation from Joseph King, ICCROM Senior Director, focused on the evolution of ICCROM, the cultural heritage field and the World Heritage Convention. They then toured the library with our Lead Librarian, Daniela Sauer.
We thank Professor Chusid and the Cornell students for visiting us and hope we see them again soon as ICCROM interns, fellows or visitors!
