Three archives and their sustainability-themed Testbed funded projects

About the event

In 2022, as a collaborative effort within ICCROM's Our Collections Matter Initiative, The UK National Archives generously supported three archival institutions in enhancing various facets of their sustainability. We invite you to join us as these participating archives take the stage to share insights into their respective projects and the notable impact that has already been achieved.

Programme

The webinar will include informal presentations from:

• Black Cultural Archives – Developing a sustainable collections storage environment
• The Box – Sustainable exhibitions and collection care policies and climate-change focussed public engagement
• Headstone Manor Museum – Increasing collections resilience and co-creation of sustainability-themed events with Harrow’s local refugee community
• The National Archives’ departments, Archive Sector Leadership and Grants and Funding Office

There will be the opportunity to ask questions within the 1.5-hour session.
